Senior People Operations Manager

As we embark on an exciting next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team within our People & Experience (HR) Team.

This role, managing, inspiring and developing a People Ops team of 3, will take a lead role across:

• Payroll – Hands on experience & escalation knowledge required as subject matter specialist.
• HRIS – looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies.
• HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin.
• Compliance & Reporting.
• Total Rewards.

We’re a close knit, fast paced, welcoming HR (“People & Experience”) Team who work extremely hard, where we have a lot of fun and laughter along the way. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas, new energy, review & streamline process for greater efficiencies, a develop even further the current, and amazing People Ops team.

NOTE: This role is to be based at our Huddersfield (HD5 0RH) head office 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs) with Monday & Friday from home.
