Safety, Risk and Assurance Manager

We operate open‑water swimming trips and events across ~65 destinations, working with local boats, hotels and transport providers. We’re appointing a Safety Management System (SMS) and Assurance to build and embed a coherent SwimTrek SMS by end‑2026, aligned to recognised adventure tourism standards (ISO 21101/21102/21103 amongst others), and to deliver a robust HQ‑led assurance programme.

This is not a purely administrative incident‑processing role. You will set the system, coach the business to run it, and provide independent assurance through audits, learning reviews, and clear governance.
