Technology Delivery Lead Specialist

Role Location: London / Manchester

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide solutions to real-world problems across Health and Public Service clients in the UK.
  • Help transform leading organisations and communities worldwide, collaborating with teams across the scale of client engagements.
  • Develop and hone skills in an innovative technology environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Some experience leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
  • Problem‑solving ability while managing relationships, communication and delivery upwards across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to new clients or technologies.
  • Understanding and practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • 2–3 years experience in project/programme management, design, development or QA roles across the delivery lifecycle, preferably on Cloud or SaaS systems.
  • Experience with delivery and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
  • Analysing data to infer conclusions to inform systems design and project delivery.
  • Translate business needs into actionable design documentation.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with external clients/customers.
  • Functional and non‑functional analysis and design experience.
  • Experience in the health and public sector or interest to work with public sector clients.
  • History of working within a complex and diverse delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles, integration design patterns and secure system design.
  • Subject‑matter expertise in one or more tools and technologies; translate requirements into actionable documentation.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Multi‑cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) advantageous.
  • Agile environment experience.
