Site Manager (HVAC Bias) – South East London

Location: South East London (with travel to 4 additional sites as required)

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Travel: Travel card provided

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong HVAC background looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established building services provider, leading operations across a key contract in South East London and supporting additional sites when required.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and project works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Role

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across all works as directed by senior management
• Ensure PPM and reactive works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Supervise all contract works, ensuring full compliance with client specifications
• Manage and coordinate a team of 8 engineers, issuing daily work plans and monitoring progress
• Liaise regularly with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure all Purchase Orders are in place prior to commencing works
• Maintain contractual compliance across all site activities
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety procedures
• Implement and maintain quality control processes
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions
• Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with contract negotiations and permit applications where required
• Work closely with support teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Support estimating and business development functions when needed
• Maintain and update internal systems (Evolution) in line with requirements

About You

• ✔ Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within building services
• ✔ Strong HVAC knowledge and technical background
• ✔ Experience managing teams and multi-site operations
• ✔ Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
• ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
• ✔ Health & Safety focused with a proactive approach to risk management
• ✔ Ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
