The role is a full time one located in Cambridge for the position of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will work closely with our Regional Branch Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • daily operations, staff management, optimising stock, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction
  • Leading from the front to grow sales and to achieve and enhance profit targets
  • Building strong lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting and developing your team to deliver excepional service
  • Championing a culture of accountability, service excellence and strong reliable values
  • Marketing your branch to attract new business and boost brand reputation

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
  • A proven sales and customer service expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Skills in stock management, supply chain coordination, customer service and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in planning, organization, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a sales led or branch leadership role, ideally in B2B or trade enviroments
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
