We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage site activities, including vegetation and structure clearance.
- Lead on-site teams, maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, and resolve site issues.
- Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, briefings, and handover.
- Review team performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Ensure staff complete paperwork and follow site procedures.
- Identify, report, and manage risks.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Deliver projects within agreed timeframes.
- Environmental, Sustainability & Social Value.

Qualifications
- Experienced Site Manager, ideally in rail or infrastructure.
- Knowledge of vegetation management and HSE/CDM standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
- Safety-first mindset with strong client relationship skills.
- CSCS card (Site Manager/Supervisor) and PTS certificate.
- Experience with Network Rail systems (Sentinel, NR forms, reporting tools).
- First Aid qualification.
- Environmental or Arboricultural qualifications.
