Join a forward-thinking, expanding care provider where you’ll have the autonomy and influence to shape regional performance, quality, and growth. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute Regional Manager who can balance operational excellence with robust governance and a strong focus on CQC readiness.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of homes, ensuring they are safe, compliant, financially sound, and delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with Home Managers to strengthen governance, drive performance, and embed best practice across the region. Your leadership will directly support the organisation’s growth plans and reputation as a supportive, progressive provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day regional operations, ensuring homes are well‑managed, stable, and consistently delivering high standards of care.
• Provide hands‑on support and coaching to Home Managers to ensure they are CQC and inspection ready at all times.
• Conduct regular governance reviews and audits of each home, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop clear, measurable action plans following audits and inspections, and monitor progress through to completion.
• Take ownership of regional budgeting and financial performance, reviewing P&L and implementing measures to achieve agreed targets.
