The Chief Of Staff for Product & Platform supports the execution and operational effectiveness of a specific product and the platform team. The role ensures that product initiatives are well-coordinated, priorities are clearly defined, and teams have the operational structure and insights needed to deliver efficiently.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Platform leaders, this role helps translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintains visibility over ongoing initiatives, and ensures alignment across stakeholders. The position plays a key role in improving operational processes, tracking performance metrics, and enabling teams to scale product delivery effectively.
This role partners closely with the Product and Platform teams, collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
The position supports planning, coordination, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones while enabling efficient collaboration across teams.
€56,000 - €120,000 a year
This range includes base, variable and equity. These compensation bands are just the starting point.
