About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience managing technical projects in software or systems development.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to coding (Python, R) and Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a bonus.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of software and system development/deployment projects within the pharmaceutical domain. This role sits at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and agile delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and client expectations. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software and system development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks using agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical progress into business value.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Oversee DevOps integration and CI/CD pipeline coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards including GxP and data integrity.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
