Branch Manager, Cambridge

Cambridge branch – Full Time, Up to £42,000 per annum.

What does this role involve?

• Liaising with customers to schedule work for tyre/fast fit and mobile fitting.
• Distributing mobile fitting jobs via our bespoke electronic system.
• Invoicing completed jobs on a daily basis.
• Arranging fleet work to maintain current contracts.
• Being proactive with account customers, maintaining relationships and bringing new customers on board.
• Managing stock levels and re‑order requirements.
• Managing staff to ensure working practices and processes comply with all current legislation (HSE, Employment Law, etc.).
• Meeting additional KPI requirements.

Job Details

45 hours per week within operating hours, with occasional additional hours as required. Full‑time, Permanent.

Qualifications

• Management experience – 3 years (preferred).
• Knowledge/experience in the commercial tyre industry – essential.
• Ability to commute to or relocate at Cambridge CB4 0DL – required.
