To support our growth in new markets, we are hiring a Business Development Specialist with experience in the advertising sector. Helping Apps & ecommerce businesses grow with Paid Ads. Admiral Media helped hundreds of businesses to succeed on Meta Ads, TikTok, Google… The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Be the face of Admiral Media at events, speak on conferences & host dinners
- Identify and schedule meetings with prospects to discuss Paid Social, Paid Search, ASO or Creative Production Services
- Work closely with our CEO to align on target industries, go to market strategies and content planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years' of digital advertising experience, preferably with mobile apps / ASO
- Deep understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search & Attribution / Tracking
