Field based in the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area with some home working. Take the lead of a region of Store Managers, delivering outstanding customer, trade, colleague and commercial results. Translating strategy into local plans, shaping the balance of national consistency with local autonomy. Building trust, confidence and capability across Store Managers drives high performance, growth and lead through change to strengthen B&Q’s culture.
