We’re looking for a Lead Analyst passionate about our Mission: Money Without Borders, to join our LATAM & MEA expansion product team. The role will help drive data‑driven decisions that support building and scaling Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.
How You’ll Contribute
- Drive KPI Performance:
- Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to develop KPIs for expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance KPIs.
- Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
- Analytical Leadership in Product Launches:
- Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches.
- Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new rollouts.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making:
- Influence product decisions with robust, actionable data insights.
- Build & present compelling data‑driven arguments to gain conviction and support.
- Contribute to the wider product goals of the company.
- Development of Data Assets:
- Construct and maintain data assets to diagnose issues and understand product impacts.
- Ensure assets are accessible and effectively used by the team.

Ideally You'll Have
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical mind and product intuition, especially in banking/financial industry.
- Technical skills: Python, advanced SQL, BI tools.
- Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts).
- Experience in a data‑driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
- Understanding of event data (Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar).
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills; ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- “Hustler” mentality – ability to go beyond analysis and deliver results.
Good To Have
- Experience in fintech domain.
- Knowledge of Airflow, GitHub, DBT.
- Experience with user‑facing products and data.
