Compliance Business Partner

We are supporting a regulated insurance business seeking a Compliance Business Partner to provide practical regulatory advice and help embed compliance frameworks across the organisation.

This role will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting stakeholders with regulatory guidance, risk management and governance, while helping to drive strong compliance culture and controls.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a Compliance advisory or business partnering role within Insurance
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience embedding compliance frameworks within a regulated business environment.
