Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Revenue: Deliver sales and profit growth across formalwear and casualwear by using data, insights, and commercial opportunities to optimise performance.
  2. Commercial KPIs: Contribute to the achievement of ATV, UPT, and conversion through visible floor leadership, supporting team coaching, and service excellence.
  3. Customer Experience: Ensure every customer experiences the Moss Way, with Spirit, Moss Moments, and Moss Confidence evident in every interaction.
  4. Team Development & Succession: Recruiting, onboarding and developing the team; fostering a positive team culture, inspiring confidence, supporting career progression, and helping to build a strong pipeline of future Moss leaders.
  5. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in compliance, stock accuracy, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards to maximise efficiency, minimise shrinkage, and protect the brand. Responsible for workforce planning.
  6. Change & Adaptability: Leading the store through change, ensuring adoption of new initiatives while maintaining standards and performance.
