Overview

Job ID 27-0092 — Barracuda is seeking a Global Partner Incentives Manager who will design, implement, and optimize Barracuda’s global channel incentive programs across multiple routes-to-market. This role ensures incentives drive partner behavior, increase partner revenue productivity, and align to Barracuda’s channel strategy. You will collaborate with Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, Channel Operations, Finance, and regional theater teams to ensure incentives are well-structured, financially sound, and simple for partners to engage with.

The position reports to the Principal, Global Partner Programs & Partner Experience.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $XX,000 to $XX,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
