We’re now seeking an Associate Strategy Director to join our London studio (in a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in the office).
You’re an experienced, enthusiastic ASD or Sr. Strategist hungry to make your next move (7+ years’ experience).
You thrive in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively with creative and client service partners to shape and deliver the best work for our roster of global clients (FMCG focus).
You understand the fundamentals of brand building – insight, positioning, architecture - and are able to translate those skills into innovation, creative strategy and comms/activation planning (prior experience in all these fields isn’t a must – but a willingness to learn is)
You ensure that the consumer, the brand, the category and the commercial context is present in every brief and in all our thinking - building a solid case for all of our creative solutions so that we never present a ‘what’ without a ‘why’.
You act as a consultant to our internal teams, client teams and partner agencies – adding value and thought-leadership, never afraid to challenge or question when required so that we answer the right question, first time every time.
You are able to lead projects independently, but can also work collaboratively as part of a team
