Global Strategy Manager
We are looking for a high‑performing Global Strategy Manager who will be part of a dedicated strategy and innovation team, working with the Global Strategy Director to develop global media strategies for Unilever Foods, and collaborating with local markets to guide implementation and share best practice.
Principal Accountabilities
- Key day‑to‑day strategy interface for Unilever Global Brand and Media Teams as well as relevant creative agency partners
- Support the Global Strategy Director in the development of global communication strategies, collaborating with local markets to inform creative development and local media implementation
- Work with specialist functions within Mindshare WW – especially insights and innovation specialists – to create compelling audience and channel insights
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in local, regional and global media roles for high‑profile global brands, producing industry‑leading and award‑winning campaigns
- Knowledge of Mindshare’s services, tools and key people across the wider Unilever Central Team, regional/local Centres of Excellence and the Mindshare network
- Awareness and understanding of research tools, including Mindshare proprietary tools, syndicated services and publicly available data
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of media owners, content owners, production agencies, research companies and other suppliers that Mindshare or our clients can partner with
- Excellent communication, presentation and team‑building skills; ability to work across 70+ markets (second language preferred)
- Key attributes:

- Creative – continually seeking new ways to bring brands to audiences and add sparkle or strategic stretch
