About The Role

We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff to partner closely with our COO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the centre of the business. You will operate across Strategic projects, Finance, Compliance, People, Operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution rigour and decision clarity.

You will act as a strategic thought partner and execution lead, translating priorities into action and driving projects through to completion. This role requires sound operational sharpness, financial literacy, and the maturity to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Execution and Priority Management

• Proactively identify and resolve high-priority issues before they escal​ate
• Take ownership of urgent, cross-functional problems to reduce direct COO involvement
• Operate with minimal direction, stepping into ambiguity and driving clarity

Cross-Functional Operations

• Lead and deliver high-impact projects across Operations, Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Concierge, People and Operations
• Drive improvements in efficiency and governance, reporting cadence and operating rhythm as we scale
• Ensure alignment between strategic roadmap and operational delivery

Financial and Commercial Insight

• Partner closely with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, cost control and performance tracking
• Conduct market mapping and commercial analysis to support expansion or partnership decisions

Leadership Enablement and Organisational Leverage

• Act as connective tissue across teams, improving communication and accountability
• Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on decisions
• Handle sensitive organisational and performance matters with discretion

About you

• 3+ years in management or financial consultancy, ideally with exposure to finance or operational transformation
• Additional 2~3 years experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment
• Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• High financial literacy with ability to read and interpret financial statements confidently
• Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Naturally collaborative with the ability to influence without authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure
• Exceptional integrity and ability to manage confidential information
• Clear communicator with executive presence
