This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with operational teams, Account Leadership, and Client Finance to ensure robust governance, effective cost control, and strong financial performanceThis role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the operation, adding value through insight, analysis, and strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Commercial FinanceBuild strong, trusted relationships with client operational and finance teamsTake ownership of client financial reporting, providing clear, value‐adding commentary and insightSupport annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working collaboratively with the client and operationsEnsure compliance with the commercial model (GMP), driving governance and financial disciplineIdentify savings and efficiency opportunities, supporting delivery of financial targetsCoordinate monthly accruals and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines across multi‐site and multi‐country portfoliosCBRE Financial ManagementProvide hands‐on financial support to the account, working closely with the Finance Contract Manager and Account ManagerManage and report monthly actuals, supporting GMP reconciliation and cost controlDeliver ad‐hoc financial analysis and support business improvement projectsEnsure finance policies and procedures are followed, escalating risks where requiredContribute to CBRE annual budgets and quarterly forecasting cyclesQuality & Stakeholder EngagementSupport consistent contract delivery across regions, sharing best practice and financial innovationInfluence decision‐making through clear insight and confident communicationAct as a positive culture carrier, aligned to CBRE values and customer expectationsWhat We’re Looking ForEducated to A‐Level or Degree level (or equivalent)Part‐qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – desirableStrong commercial finance experience in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environmentExcellent Excel skills (including lookups, pivots and financial modelling); confident with Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience working with complex contracts, GMP models, or multi‐currency environments – desirableConfident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clientsHighly organised, detail‐focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities under pressureWillingness to travel as required by the roleShare this job:* Share Finance Lead with a friend via e-mail## Join our Talent CommunityKeep up to date with exciting career opportunities and the latest news.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
