Finance Business Partner

SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a large, international organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner into a high-profile, commercially focused role supporting multiple business units.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reporting to a Finance Director, you will take ownership of management accounting, financial accounting, and business partnering activity across a portfolio of projects.
• This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior operational stakeholders to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide finance support and challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee financial accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit compliance.
• Monitor operating and capital expenditure.
• Ensure accurate treatment of revenue and costs in line with reporting requirements.
• Produce clear, value-adding reporting to support decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
• Strong business partnering or commercial finance experience.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong systems skills (ERP experience beneficial).
