Senior Investment Associate

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Investment Associate to support the execution of investment opportunities and portfolio management activities. This is a competitive role offering exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from assisting with origination through to execution.

My client are a boutique investment manager focused on Pan-European real estate platform investments. The firm partners with high-quality operators to acquire, scale, and optimise real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through detailed financial modelling, market research, and commercial analysis
• Lead and support due diligence processes, including coordination with external stakeholders
• Prepare investment memos and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions across Pan-European real estate platforms
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to sourcing efforts through market mapping and relationship development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank (M&A) or private equity / investment fund
• Strong financial modelling, ability to build complex models from scratch
• Demonstrated experience working on transactions end-to-end
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
