IBKR (U.K.) Limited in London is part of the global IBKR group. We seek a client technical support agent who is fluent in German or French to assist clients with inquiries, act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, and ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients via phone, chat, and tickets.
- Deliver technical and functional support for Interactive Brokers platforms, including desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile (Android, iOS), and web‑based offerings.
- Troubleshoot client‑reported issues and cooperate with internal teams.
- Manage problems focusing on large‑scale technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German or French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of client‑facing support experience.
- Experience with Windows and Mac software support and connectivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
- Experience with support ticketing systems.
- Adaptable to a constantly changing technical environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Passion for solving technical problems.
- Experience with financial products and services is a plus.
