Exciting role for an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer seeking high‑quality international work, a competitive low‑tax salary, and a work‑life balance that you might think is unattainable at this level of law. Joining one of the world’s top offshore practices at Senior Associate or Counsel level, you will become an important part of a small but accomplished team advising on a range of high‑value cross‑border banking and finance matters for a global client base.

You will be managing a varied and fast‑paced workload, advising on the offshore elements of matters spanning structured finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, asset finance, and real estate finance. You will be client facing from the outset, playing an important role in managing and developing business as well as taking a lead on deals, and assisting in the development of more junior colleagues. It’s a great role for someone keen to step up their career progression whilst simultaneously changing their life outside of work.

Requirements

• Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
• This role is expected to suit someone with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE (all suitable applicants considered).
• General banking and finance experience would be ideal but lawyers with relevant specialist finance experience who are happy to take on a broader workload, would also be a good fit. Experience in a respected City/equivalent commercial law firm is a prerequisite.
