We are recruiting a Finance Lead to provide high‑quality client reporting and commercial financial support across a large, complex contract environment. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with operational teams, Account Leadership, and Client Finance to ensure robust governance, effective cost control, and strong financial performance.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the operation, adding value through insight, analysis, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Finance

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client operational and finance teams
  • Take ownership of client financial reporting, providing clear, value‑adding commentary and insight
  • Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working collaboratively with the client and operations
  • Ensure compliance with the commercial model (GMP), driving governance and financial discipline
  • Identify savings and efficiency opportunities, supporting delivery of financial targets
  • Coordinate monthly accruals and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines across multi‑site and multi‑country portfolios

CBRE Financial Management

  • Provide hands‑on financial support to the account, working closely with the Finance Contract Manager and Account Manager
  • Manage and report monthly actuals, supporting GMP reconciliation and cost control
  • Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and support business improvement projects
  • Ensure finance policies and procedures are followed, escalating risks where required
  • Contribute to CBRE annual budgets and quarterly forecasting cycles

Quality & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support consistent contract delivery across regions, sharing best practice and financial innovation
  • Influence decision‑making through clear insight and confident communicationAct as a positive culture carrier, aligned to CBRE values and customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to A‑Level or Degree level (or equivalent)
  • Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – desirable
  • Strong commercial finance experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Excellent Excel skills (including lookups, pivots and financial modelling); confident with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience working with complex contracts, GMP models, or multi‑currency environments – desirable
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities under pressure
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
