Veterinary Billing & Accounts Coordinator (RVN) – Hybrid Working From Home
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
Role: Full Time 40 hours p/week. (4 or 5 day week considered)

The Role
Working closely with clinical and leadership teams, the successful candidate will oversee billing accuracy and financial workflows, ensuring consistent processes across all branches.
This position offers flexibility, with hybrid and part-time remote working arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing treatment estimates using Provet practice management software
- Monitoring invoicing and billing activity in real time to ensure accuracy
- Supporting teams with correct charging procedures and pricing consistency
- Managing membership plans, healthcare packages, and discount structures
- Assisting with debt collection and overdue account follow-up
- Acting as a central point of contact for billing and account queries
- Supporting consistent financial processes across four practices
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with a strong understanding of veterinary workflows and charging structures
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills
- Individual confident working with financial processes and administrative systems
- Strong communicator able to liaise effectively with clinical teams and leadership
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independent across multiple sites
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Provet or similar practice management systems
- Previous involvement in billing, invoicing, or practice administration
- Membership plan or preventative healthcare scheme management
- Credit control or debt collection exposure
