We are looking for a motivated professional to help shape and deliver our Business School Academy programme. In this role, you will support the development of future advisers by assessing, training, and coaching candidates to build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You'll work closely with individuals and groups, uphold the Academy's professional standards, design engaging learning content, and continuously improve the learner experience by identifying new trends and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing high quality, commercially successful professionals while contributing to the ongoing growth and impact of the Academy.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week from our Leeds office.
