Senior AI Engineer - Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG

London (3 days per week in office)

One of La Fosse's top client are looking for a talented Senior AI Engineer has actually shipped production-grade agentic systems at scale. This is a rare opportunity to join a high‑impact internal engineering team building next‑generation agentic solutions across finance, tax, legal and HR.

The team has already hired one Senior Agentic AI Engineer - now they’re looking for their second expert.

What You’ll Do

• Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent reasoning systems
• Apply graph structures, traversal logic and knowledge graphs in real operations
• Work directly with the Director of Data & Technology Products
• 100% hands on engineering.

You Must Have

• Strong Python
• Hands-on with LangGraph (or exceptional equivalent), LangChain, RAG, LLM orchestration
• Knowledge graph and graph DB experience (Neo4j, JanusGraph etc.)

Ideal Background

• Delivered real commercial impact at scale
• Comp Science or Mathematical educational background
