Our platform combines machine learning, proprietary knowledge of attack and defence techniques, and experience building large-scale, high-throughput data analysis systems. The founding team brings over forty years of combined experience creating data systems used by national security and commercial organisations. After strong early traction, we’re now accelerating the build-out of the platform.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build systems from scratch across both backend and frontend. This hands-on role involves shaping architecture and writing production code without relying on pre-existing frameworks. You'll own features end-to-end and contribute to key technical decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across backend and frontend
• Build scalable and maintainable systems from the ground up
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on architecture and technology choices
• Explore and experiment with new technologies and approaches
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure performance across full stack applications

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience designing and implementing systems from scratch
• Comfortable working without established frameworks
• Able to make architectural decisions independently
• Previous experience at early-stage startups or building products from scratch
• Go programming language is a must-have requirement

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
• Equity: 0.1–0.25%
