Salary and Package

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic (depending on experience)
• Overtime paid door to door

Location

Horsham, West Sussex

Work primarily across West Sussex, Surrey and surrounding areas, with limited and rare travel into London.

About the Role

This is a mobile role suited to an engineer comfortable working independently or as part of a team, covering a regional patch.

• Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
• Installation work across commercial and residential sites
• Working on DX splits, VRF systems, chillers and applied equipment
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Working across multiple manufacturers' systems
• Travelling across the South East with occasional longer‑distance work
• Collaborating with other engineers when required
• Maintaining clear communication with clients and colleagues
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

• F‑Gas qualified
• NVQ or City and Guilds Level 2 preferred
• Strong service and maintenance experience
• Installation experience across AC systems
• Good electrical knowledge
• Professional and reliable approach to work
• PASMA and First Aid beneficial but not essential
• Ideally based within reach of Horsham, Dorking or Guildford
