Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: North West London

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Field Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Mobile AC Engineers to join a growing mobile contract covering North West London and areas South of London.

This is a field-based role working across multiple commercial sites, delivering high-quality HVAC maintenance, fault finding, and installation services. We are looking for experienced engineers who can operate confidently in a mobile environment and represent the business professionally on client sites.

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on a range of HVAC systems.
  • Working on chillers, refrigeration systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, cooling towers, and BMS controls.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, installation, and commissioning of AC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
  • Travelling across multiple sites within your designated region.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recognised technical qualifications (EITB/CITB apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration as a minimum).
  • C&G #removed# F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
  • Proven experience working on chillers, refrigeration plant, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, cooling towers, and BMS.
  • Strong fault-finding and commissioning experience in a mobile role.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Professional communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Willingness to travel within your allocated region and take part in a call-out rota.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH or NEBOSH).
  • Legionella awareness (L8).
