The Role
- Overseeing MEP packages across multiple live projects
- Package values typically £1-3m+
- Working on seriously high-end luxury residential schemes
- Getting into the detail where it actually matters
- Ensuring everything works seamlessly, not just on paper

What You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of both mechanical & electrical packages

- Ability to manage complexity and coordinate high-spec systems

- Salary up to £95,000 + Package
