Role Title: Solution Architect – Salesforce CMT (S&P/High Tech)
Location: London, UK
Salary: Competitive salary and package dependent on experience

Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate the solution to senior stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using core product offerings such as Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Revenue Management, Agentforce Service and Data360.
- Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale, delivering measurable client value in dynamic environments.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Keep informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
- Gain additional skills in solutioning, project management, and client engagement through practical experience and training.
- Embed AI into your thinking when building out industry solutions.
- Operate comfortably in a pre-sales environment (including solution shaping and delivery estimation and planning).
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience with Salesforce core offerings including Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, and Data360.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, thought leadership, and best practice to drive tangible outcomes.
- Proven hands‑on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
- Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, interpersonal, and management skills. Background in consulting or leading teams required.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, relevant accredited professional certifications, Agentforce Specialist).
Desired Additional Skills
- Software & Platforms/High-Tech‑specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
- Understand and articulate how Agentforce and AI influence the industry and how you’ve used AI to deliver value.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent industry Architect certifications.
- Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
