Clinical Specialist – Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
As our CRRT expert in the field, you will:
- Champion clinical education and best practice for Vantive’s CRRT portfolio.
- Partner closely with ICU and renal clinicians to optimise therapy use and enhance patient pathways.
- Work alongside a highly collaborative team of Account Managers who rely on your expertise to support customer success. If you have clinical ICU experience and a solid understanding of CRRT, this role allows you to grow your influence, strengthen your skills, and make a meaningful difference in acute care.
What you’ll be doing
You will drive both clinical excellence and business impact by:
Clinical training & education
- Delivering engaging training sessions on Vantive’s renal therapies—on site, in formal training days, or virtually.
- Demonstrating products and therapy workflows with clarity, confidence, and evidence‑based grounding.
- Supporting ongoing education to ensure the right therapy is used at the right time, for the right patient.
Customer partnership & support
- Building strong relationships with ICU and renal teams, acting as a trusted clinical advisor.
- Providing expert guidance to support optimal therapy delivery and clinical decision‑making.
- Managing customer concerns and supporting complaint resolution in line with internal processes.
Commercial partnership
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers to help achieve therapy adoption and strategic objectives.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives, product guides, and training materials.
- Maintaining accurate and timely customer documentation via our CRM.
Continuous learning
- Staying current with clinical evidence, therapy trends, and product innovations.
- Developing deep expertise in Vantive’s renal therapies and the broader clinical environment.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a clinically credible, confident professional who thrives in customer‑facing environments and enjoys sharing knowledge. You will need:
- A recognised nursing qualification with experience in ICU or dialysis.
- Ideally, a post‑graduate renal nursing certificate or ITU qualification.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills; ability to train clinicians at all levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full driving licence and the willingness to travel across the region.
