The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will join the Havas SO Leadership Team as a strategic heavyweight. This high-profile position is designed for a leader who can command large, global accounts while championing our ‘earned first’ philosophy – creating work that demands attention, builds credibility, and travels further across the global media landscape.

You will be a key engine for agency growth, balancing elite-level client counsel with the commercial drive to lead and win major new business pitches.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full accountability for the strategy and execution of a major global client account, ensuring all deliverables are strategically aligned and delivered to the highest quality
  • Champion ‘Earned First’ Strategy
  • Proactively advise clients on the international media environment, identifying opportunities for their brands to break through with credible and impactful storytelling
  • Partner with the Managing Director to lead high-stakes pitches. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving ideation, and securing new business to expand the agency’s footprint
  • Collaborate with other network agencies to secure larger business wins and ensure a connected approach to global strategy

  • Leadership Presence: A diplomatic yet engaging leadership style, capable of managing upwards to the Managing Director and leading teams through change and success
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: An intimate understanding of global media, client products, therapy areas, and the external market environment that could impact new and existing business
