The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join a growing disputes team, focusing on a mix of property litigation and commercial disputes.
This role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong client interaction, and the opportunity to play a key role within a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload including:
- Property litigation (landlord & tenant, lease disputes, dilapidations, possession claims)
- Advising a range of clients including landlords, developers, businesses and private clients
- Handling matters from pre-action through to trial and settlement
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience in:
- Property litigation
- Proven ability to manage matters independently
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach
- Experience gained within a respected regional, West End or City firm
