Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE Required: 7‑10 years PQE

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: GBP 60‑75k DOE + benefits

The Role

• Advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
• Handling a diverse caseload: high‑value commercial lettings, lease negotiations, renewals, variations, asset management for commercial property portfolios, sales and acquisitions, property finance and refinancing.
• Managing a busy and varied caseload.
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.

Skills Required

• 7‑10 years PQE.
• In‑depth experience of landlord and tenant work, sales, purchases, and refinance transactions.
• Exposure to land acquisition and development matters desirable but not essential.
• Commercially astute with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
