Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:3488.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation teams.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial clients, boundary disputes, general property disputes, TOLATA claims, and general commercial litigation matters.
• Play an active role in business development and strengthen the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Property Litigation Solicitors with 2-5 Years PQE.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
• Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Advocacy experience is advantageous.
