In‑House – Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate – North West

We’re recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to work predominantly on secondment with a major hospitality group operating 80+ stores and expanding rapidly across the region. You’ll be employed by this regarded commercial law firm, supported by their Commercial Property team, and spend around 3/5 of your time in‑house with the client. The exact split will be discussed with candidates.

• ✅ Lease renewals & Landlord/Tenant matters (tenant‑side)
• ✅ Commercial acquisitions & transactional due diligence
• ✅ Managing c.20 live matters plus additional special projects
• ✅ Modernising and migrating property schedules, deeds & documents
• ✅ Working closely with senior leadership and building trusted relationships

Role Profile

• Ideally 5+ PQE, but strong mid‑level candidates welcomed
• Suitable for Associate or Senior Associate level
• Solid commercial property experience, plus some conveyancing exposure
• Confident partnering directly with a fast‑growing, ambitious business
• Leadership potential with a pathway toward a future in‑house legal counsel role
