A well-established and highly regarded practice with a fast growing presence is seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its specialist Property Litigation team.

The Role

You will handle a varied and high‑quality caseload of agricultural and rural property matters, including:

• Contract disputes relating to the sale and purchase of land
• Partnership and company disputes involving agricultural land
• Farm Business Tenancy and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy disputes, including arbitrations and Land Tribunal applications
• Enforcement and termination of statutory agreements (including s38, s278, s106 and s104 agreements)
• Succession tenancy advice and representation
• Rights of way
• Boundary disputes
• Restrictive covenants
• Easements (including drainage and waste)
• Flooding, environmental and planning issues
• Telecommunications matters

The team regularly acts for farmers, landed estates, landowners and landlords, tenants, partnerships and companies. A strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the cultural complexities of family‑owned farming businesses is highly desirable.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in property litigation, ideally within the agricultural or rural sector
