Sacco Mann is pleased to be exclusively representing a high-quality boutique corporate law firms seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their established team in Manchester. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to work on a diverse range of matters, focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK and with an international presence. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.
The Role
The team continues to expand and following an outstanding performance in 2025, is handling more Mid-market M&A transaction work than ever. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Solicitor with corporate experience to join the team and work on a wide range of Corporate Transactions. You will be involved in handling transactional work, corporate governance, acquisitions, disposals, and general corporate advisory work. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service, always ensuring high-quality legal advice.

- Qualified solicitor from Newly Qualified to experienced Solicitor within Corporate law
