About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional practice in Hereford. This role has become available due to an internal move, reflecting the firm’s strong track record of retaining and developing talent long-term.
The firm offers a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth working environment, with an average staff tenure of over 10 years. You will be joining a close-knit commercial property team working directly alongside an experienced senior solicitor, providing excellent mentorship and hands‑on development from day one.
The role will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant work
- Supporting senior solicitors on more complex transactions
- Advising a broad client base including local businesses, landowners, and investors
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property during your training contract
- Have a solid understanding of commercial property transactions
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be confident working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative team
- Be keen to develop your career within a long-established regional firm
