Property Litigation Solicitor – 6+ PQE – Northampton – Salary: £Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied and high‑quality caseload of property disputes.
• Advise clients on residential tenant disputes, landlord and tenant issues, commercial lease disputes, lease renewals, possession claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, and complex, high‑value disputes.
• Provide legal advice across the broad range of property disputes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years PQE in property litigation matters.
• Experience advising on residential and commercial property disputes – including lease renewals, possession claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, and complex high‑value disputes.
