We are now looking to extend our team by recruiting an experienced Senior Process Engineer to be based from our Stockport office with some project travel in the UK, Ireland, and wider EU.
Qualifications
- a postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent field) with extensive practical experience gained from operations, commissioning or a construction role in one or more of the following industries: thermal power generation/carbon capture, industrial gas production, or technical consultancy
- a Chartered Engineer, or actively working toward this
- Highly skilled in detailed design and process engineering project management with exposure to construction project processes
- Ability to prepare and review typical process plant documentation
- Good understanding of the principles of process plant layout with excellent knowledge of pipework routing, pressure vessels and pipework arrangement
- Working knowledge of quality control systems applicable to process plant design, manufacturing, and construction and a good understanding of process safety principles
- The ability and willingness to travel both in the UK and occasionally overseas
