Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic + up to 45% commission (no threshold)

The Opportunity

My client is a high-performing, medium-sized London recruitment agency with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. They are now hiring for their Energy & Utilities Contract desk, offering a genuine 360 opportunity with no threshold commission and the autonomy to build something substantial.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running a full 360 contract desk within Energy & Utilities
• Generating new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Sourcing and managing contract professionals
• Negotiating rates, margins and contract terms
• Building a strong pipeline of repeat business
• Managing contractor care and compliance
