Overview

We are looking to add an enthusiastic Manager to our Digital & Transformation Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and transformation projects
  • Own key client relationships on engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and senior day-to-day contact
  • Manage and coach consultants and analysts; set direction, allocate work, provide feedback and support progression
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical/implementation teams to deliver systems change
  • Provide hands‑on expertise across P2P process/workflow design and relevant platforms (e.g., Zip, Jaggaer, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua or similar)
  • Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training support and adoption measurement
  • Play a pivotal role with business development through proposal contributions, solution shaping and identifying opportunities for follow‑on work
  • Ensure 4C’s approach to sustainability is maintained in all project aspects

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant consulting experience (or equivalent advisory experience) delivering digital transformation and/or systems‑enabled change
  • Proven project delivery experience, including leading workstreams/teams, managing plans and governance, and delivering to time/budget/quality
  • Strong client leadership skills—able to build trusted relationships, manage senior stakeholders and confidently facilitate workshops
  • Experience coaching and developing others, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non‑technical audiences

This is primarily a client‑facing role, with the flexibility to work remotely when possible.
