As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our global Product teams by partnering with leaders across Buying, Design and Production. Your focus will be to bring structure, insight and simplicity to how we work, helping our teams stay aligned, confident and ready for the future.
Working across multiple markets, you will ensure our people practices are consistent, thoughtful and anchored in our long‑term direction. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our brand by supporting leadership, strengthening organisational foundations and enabling teams who care deeply about creating elevated products for the customer through their craftsmanship, innovation and quality.
What You Will Do
- Partner with leaders in Buying, Design and Production to align people priorities with business goals.
- Drive organisational development, workforce planning and change initiatives that secure future capabilities.
- Coach and guide leaders (including newly appointed managers) to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
- Support a modern employee experience by ensuring people processes are relevant, simple and business‑driven.
- Use insights and data to identify opportunities, shape decision‑making and continuously improve how we work.

- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within fashion, luxury or retail, or in organisations with strong creative and product‑driven functions.
- Strong background in organisational design, change management and leadership development.
- Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and expert teams, with the ability to offer clear guidance and constructive challenge.
- Experience with modern HR frameworks including job architecture, talent planning, performance development and succession.
- Strong communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and international locations.
Work Arrangement
In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely; however, due to the high level of cross‑department collaboration, approximately 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaboration and teamwork.

This is a full‑time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
