Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: CumbriaHybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH). Full Time – 37 hours per week.

Overview

We’re offering the opportunity to take real ownership of engineering delivery across diverse and technically interesting projects. You’ll lead and review technical work including calculations, designs, and reports, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and contributing to safety and risk management.

You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and build strong relationships with customers, playing a key role in successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering mechanical engineering work across complex projects.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-discipline environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Nuclear background not required – we welcome engineers from all sectors.

Requirements

• HNC/HND in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong, demonstrable experience in a relevant engineering field.
