MEP Manager – Rail Station Build

Overview

We have an immediate requirement for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager to work on a major London Underground and Network Rail Station Upgrade project in north London. The project includes step-free access works, new footbridges, fit out, ticket line improvements and associated civils works. The project is underway and due to complete in 2021.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all MEP activities on site
• Management of the MEP supply chain including procurement and subcontractor management
• Planning upcoming works on short term programmes
• Providing support to the Planning Manager for the project programme

Requirements

• PTS
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Recent and significant LU experience to be familiar with LU systems and procedures

Location: North London. Regions: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, London, Oxfordshire, South East, Surrey.
