Background: We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and drive our people agenda. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational level with broad-based experience across the full range of HR disciplines and with change management experience.

Role Purpose

The HR Director is responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy and ensuring the effective day-to-day leadership of the HR team. The role combines strategic influence with operational excellence to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent in support of techUK and TechSkills’ business objectives.

Additional Information

This is a full time role based out of techUK’s London offices, however techUK operates a flexible working policy.

This role profile is a guide to the work that is required but does not form part of any contract of employment and may change from time to time to reflect changing circumstances.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK prior to the commencement of employment.

The salary range for this role is £80,000-£100,000 per annum based upon experience plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
